District Manager
A growing franchisee of a nationally-known chain of chicken restaurants is seeking an experienced Multi-unit Manager to assist in their growth. The successful candidate has already proven to be a successful multi-unit leader that motivates a team to deliver consistent high-quality customer care. Responsibilities include:
Train and develop team members. Grow EBITDA. Meet or exceed performance goals. Develop strong customer experiences. Maintain all company and Health Department policies and requirements. Understand the local market, marketing within the community, and community involvement. Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities. Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs. Requirements include:
Experience with a chicken-driven menu preferred. At least two years of current experience in the same or similar capacity. Experience with $1.0M or higher restaurants. No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated or a location was closed or sold. Ability to articulate personal and team-led success stories. Valid unrestricted driver license. ServSafe certification preferred. Strong leadership qualities. Equal Employment Opportunity

$60K -- $90K
$20K bonus

Minimum Qualification
