Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer support and ensuring client satisfaction.
You will handle customer phone calls and emails, create event proposals, and assist the operations manager with various tasks.
This is a full-time position that requires strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service through phone calls and emails.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our services and offerings.
Create comprehensive and compelling event proposals for clients, taking into account their requirements and preferences.
Collaborate with the operations manager to ensure smooth event execution, including scheduling, equipment arrangements, and vendor coordination.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, proposals, and event-related information using our CRM system.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist the operations manager with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or event coordination is a plus, but not necessary.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and build strong relationships.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using computers, including email communication and basic knowledge of relevant software applications.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining professionalism in all customer interactions.
Adaptability and composure in managing changing priorities and handling high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with audiovisual equipment and event production is advantageous, but not necessary.
