Office Assistant

- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital - Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently - Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or office clerk is preferred - Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
