A passion for meeting new people and learning new things Ability to show compassion for other people's problems and quickly respond to concerns and provide updates on matters without being prompted Provide kind, courteous communication while receiving visitors to our office Provide excellent customer service while answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and able to prepare and send detailed, articulate emails to clients and other attorneys.
Ability to multi-task, pay attention to DETAILS, have a team player attitude, and switch gears quickly as needs arise.
Experience with Microsoft Office required! Experience with MyCase is a PLUS! Past experience with busy multi-line phone system is a PLUS and will be given high consideration.
