Patient registration/EMR Insurance verification Familiar with simple computer tasks and Microsoft Vitals EKG Proficient in venipuncture and injections Collecting urine specimens and preparing for LAB send-outs In office testing including FLU, strep and pregnancy testing Prepare for suturing Sterilization, etc.
Knowledge of clinical procedures, medical anatomy, and physiology Requirements for the Emergency Room Technician position include:
Successful completion of a ERT training program from an accredited institution or Have at least one (1) year of verifiable, clinical work experience in an Emergency Department, Hospital, or Urgent Care environment as a Medical Assistant, ED/ER Technician, or Patient Care Technician.
Ability to pass our internal clinical assessment.
Able to work 4-5 days a week Able to work 7-13 hour shifts Able to work morning and afternoon shifts Able to work weekends Able to be on call for at least 2 shifts per week.
Required to travel to different locations within an hour radius for coverage in times of critical business demands or staffing needs Required to have a valid driver's license or a valid driver's level 2 permit Must have reliable transportation Able to sit, walk, reach with hands and arms throughout the workday.
Finger dexterity and hand coordination required.
Occasionally required to lift moderate weight (20-40 pounds) Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust or focus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
