The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented and organized, and have a working knowledge of medical terminology.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients.
Answer phones and schedule appointments.
Verify patient insurance information.
Collect co-pays and other payments from patients.
Manage patient records and documents in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
