Current Need

McKesson's Business Performance Services division has an opening in our Clinton Township, MI office for a Business Systems Analyst to support our physician revenue cycle solutions.
Position Description
The Business Systems Analyst serves as an intermediary between the Operations User Community and the Information Technology team. This group's extensive knowledge with physician billing and overall system knowledge allows them to serve in a regional support role, supporting multiple offices. The knowledge base in this group is extensive in billing and can cover multiple platforms which make them a valuable source of information for the Operations office and IT team. Responsible for:
Research issues that are reported from User Community; identify possible solutions as well as gather all information needed to support programming modification case. QA of requested programming changes to ensure the modification will satisfy the case needs and programming modification does not violate any compliance rules. Knowledge of client profiles and firm understanding of how the profiles drive interfaces, claims ,era and the impact they have on revenue. Client implementation - serve on client implementation projects and take lead on profile/client shell building. QA utility updates within support area. Assist operations and/or Account Managers on client specific requests such as additional reporting, multiple tax-id setup, special handling of claims and revenue rollups. Serve as expert in any of the below area's:
a. Claims/Relay Health b. Interface mapping and support c. ERA d. Adhoc reporting Qualifications
Minimum RequirementsEntry level experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems.Critical Skills

Experience interfacing data between systems and experience with the translation of datasets
Strong data analysis and reporting skills including intermediate Excel skills
Working knowledge of database query for database harvesting

Additional Knowledge & Skills

4
years of Medical Billing experience and 2
years of A/R revenue cycle management experience is highly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office including strong Excel skills
Time management skills and the ability to change priorites with minimal notice
Ability to multitask and to work in a team or independent setting

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
